Two-day, one-night itinerary (Ha Long Bay itinerary)

Day 1: Hanoi – Ha Long Bay

Your car will pick you up from your hotel or cruise ship meeting point in downtown Hanoi between 08:15 and 08:45 (if you are using the shuttle service). The journey to Ha Long Bay will take approximately 2.5 hours.

At 09:50 am, the rest stop will be on the way to Ha Long Bay for about 15 minutes.

From 11:30 to 11:45 AM, you will arrive at the Pioneer Cruises waiting area at Tuan Chau International Cruise Port (location: here). Pioneer Cruises staff will greet you here and assist you with the boarding procedures.

At 12:30 p.m., you will complete the cruise boarding procedures and board the ship to the cruise ship.

1:00 PM – 2:30 PM Enjoy welcome drinks and lunch in the lobby. Take a boat trip and receive an explanation of the schedule, rules and regulations. Safely proceed. Then, have lunch at home.

From 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM, the staff of the Amazing Caves Exploration Shuttle Boat and the Pioneer Cruises will take you to Amazing Caves, the most beautiful cave in Ha Long Bay, which was discovered by a group of French explorers in 1901.

5:30 PM – 6:30 PM Sunset and Fun Time: As the sun shines on the water and emerald bay nestled between spectacular limestone peaks, choose and enjoy snacks and drinks at the Sky Bar, which offers your favorite beverages.

Enjoy dinner at the restaurant at 7:00 PM with a selection of Western dishes and Vietnamese cuisine to satisfy your taste buds.

After dinner at 9:00 PM, return to your suite to relax and enjoy the spa: experience squid fishing on the first floor of the boat; or spend time with your companions.

Enjoy our cigar and wine lounge, karaoke club, rooftop bar, or pool bar. Spend the night on the Pioneer cruise ship.

Day 2: Ha Long Bay – Chuen Tung – Hanoi

5:30 AM – 6:00 AM: A breathtaking sunrise moment. Enjoy the magnificent sunrise over Heritage Bay, immerse yourself in the sound of the waves, and prepare for a cool and refreshing day.

6:00 AM — 6:30 AM Meditation on the Sundeck: Start your day with meditation to revitalize yourself. Exercise to help balance and regenerate energy, or work out in the cruise ship’s gym.

A light breakfast will be served at the restaurant from 6:30 to 7:30 am.

07:30 – 08:30 Take a bamboo boat tour of the Cave – Our speedboat will take you to the Cave – the best place to paddle a bamboo raft, located in the northeast of Lombo Island.

Check-out time is 9:30-10:30 AM. Please proceed to our reception desk on the first floor to check out and enjoy the brunch buffet. Enjoy the brunch buffet on the cruise ship before returning to port.

At 10:45 am, we returned to the Pioneer Cruises ship and boarded the ship back to the Pioneer Cruises port.

The journey back to Hanoi begins at 11:00 AM, and you will arrive in Hanoi around 2:30-2:45 PM, concluding your two-day, one-night trip.

Children’s Policy

Children under 5 years old sharing a bed with their parents are free; the second child will be charged 1,897,500 VND.

Children aged 6-11 pay an additional fee of 3,162,500 VND, which includes breakfast.

Children aged 12 and above are required to pay 46% of the adult price.

Cancellation policy

Any changes/modifications to a reservation will be considered a cancellation, and a new reservation must be made. Each reservation can be changed/modified a maximum of 2 times.

No fees will be charged up to 16 days prior to arrival.

A 50% fee will be charged if you arrive 15-7 days prior to arrival.

100% of the fee will be charged if the arrival date is within 7 days prior to arrival.
